L. 1959, p. 3093), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 25, 2002 (Ga. L. 2002, p. 4612), so as to impose an additional fine for certain offenses; to provide that such fine shall be paid into the DeKalb County Justice Technology Fund; to provide an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
