A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 8 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to metropolitan area planning and development commissions, so as to define a certain term; to provide that no transportation plan developed by a metropolitan area planning and development commission shall become effective unless approved by the General Assembly; to provide for submission; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
