Creates a study committee to study the needs, conditions, issues and problems associated with eyewitness identification. The study committee will make recommendations regarding best practices for eyewitness identification procedures and evidentiary standards for admissibility of eyewitness identifications. The members of the committee will be five members of the House appointed by the Speaker.
