
Representative Terry Johnson

Freshman Representative Terry Johnson has found yet another way to give back to the community that he has been proud to call home with his election to the Georgia General Assembly in November of 2004. He is currently serving as a member of the Children & Youth, Human Relations & Aging and Industrial Relations House Committees.
The legislator’s family has been living in Cobb County for 5 generations. He graduated from Osborne High School and attended Southern Polytechnic University. Johnson later proceeded to graduate from the Real Estate Institute. He and his family are long time members of Milford Baptist Churchwhere he has served as Past Chairman of the Deacons and past Chairman of the Trustees.
Representative Johnson was a Youth Baseball Coach at Milford Park. He was President of Osborne's Track and Cross Country Booster Club, and a past president of the Osborne PTSA. His community involvement has also included service to the Milford Optimist Club, which he has served as President. Terry and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 32 years. They have two sons, Brett and Pat.
