 ATLANTA—Georgia House Appropriations Committee Chairman Ben Harbin (R-Evans) and the Vice Chairmen of the House Appropriations Committee will hold a press conference on Thursday, February 21, 2008, at 9:00 am, on the North Steps of the Georgia State Capitol.  Harbin and the Vice Chairmen will lay out the House priorities for the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget.
