RESOLUTION
Commending
Vickie Lochbaum; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Vickie has worked in the Georgia General Assembly for many years and is now
looking forward to retirement after the 2007 session; and
WHEREAS,
she has been a great asset to this body and came to work at the Capitol after a
number of years at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Georgia Technology
Authority; and
WHEREAS,
her hard work throughout the years will be missed, but she and her husband, who
also recently retired from the State of Georgia after 34 years, will enjoy
retirement together.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend
Vickie Lochbaum for her service to the Georgia General Assembly and wish her
well in the following years.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Vickie Lochbaum.
