BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Chapter 1 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to general provisions relative to law enforcement officers and agencies, so as
to repeal certain provisions relating to a passenger motor vehicle for the
warden of Georgia State Prison to be furnished by the Department of Public
Safety; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Chapter
1 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general
provisions relative to law enforcement officers and agencies, is amended by
striking and reserving Code Section 35-1-2, relating to a passenger motor
vehicle for the warden of Georgia State Prison to be furnished by the Department
of Public Safety.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
