RESOLUTION
Remembering
Mrs. Dorothy Lowe Wingo; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Mrs. Dorothy Lowe Wingo was born to Wilbur and Eva Kennebrew Lowe of Columbus,
Georgia on May 4, 1929; and
WHEREAS,
a graduate of Spencer High School, Dorothy was always proud of her alma mater,
and served as President of the Golden Owlettes Alumni Association;
and
WHEREAS,
Dorothy worked for 44 years as the Chief Technician of Central Supply at St.
Francis Hospital; and
WHEREAS,
Dorothy was a member of New Testament Christian Center Church where she served
as church treasurer and deaconess; and
WHEREAS,
Dorothy is survived by her son, James Wingo; her sister Betty L. Jackson; her
three brothers James K. Lowe, Harold Lowe, and Ralph E. Lowe; and countless
other friends and family who will miss her tremendously.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body send the family of Mrs. Dorothy Lowe Wingo their deepest
condolences.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to the family of
Mrs. Dorothy Lowe.
