RESOLUTION
Commending
Ms. Freddi Hagin; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Ms. Freddi Hagin has long been recognized by those condemned to prowl the halls
of the State Capitol for the vital role that she has played in the legislative
process as she guarded the interests of her clients, but also because of her
deep personal commitment to the welfare of the citizens of Georgia;
and
WHEREAS,
she began her company, Association Legislative Services, in 1979, and she has
served varied clients in health care, personnel services, auctioneers, cemetery
owners, staffing companies, and surveying and mapping interests;
and
WHEREAS,
she has long been highly regarded by legislators, capitol staffers, and fellow
lobbyists for her honesty and integrity, her remarkable patience and diplomacy,
and her sensitivity to the needs of others; and
WHEREAS,
she has been married to Wade Hagin for over 40 years and the couple has one
son, Lane, a daughter-in-law, Shonna, and a grandson, James; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this
distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body commend Ms. Freddi Hagin for her efficient, effective, unselfish, and
dedicated public service to the citizens of her community and state and extend
to her their most sincere thanks.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Ms. Freddi
Hagin.
