BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act providing a new charter for the City of Waycross, approved August
17, 1909 (Ga. L. 1909, p. 1456), as amended, so as to change the
corporate limits of such city; to provide for related matters; to repeal
conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act providing a new charter for the City of Waycross, approved August 17, 1909
(Ga. L. 1909, p. 1456), as amended, is amended by adding at the
end of Section 3 a new paragraph to read as follows:
"(11)
All that portion of the South Georgia Parkway from the intersection of Victory
Drive to the city limits of the City of Waycross indicated by the property line
of Waycross College."
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
