BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act entitled "An Act to further define and prescribe the powers and
duties of the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority," approved
March 18, 1986 (Ga. L. 1986, p. 3873), as amended, so as to provide that the
authority shall be subject to county zoning ordinances; to repeal conflicting
laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act entitled "An Act to further define and prescribe the powers and duties of
the Effingham County Industrial Development Authority," approved March 18, 1986
(Ga. L. 1986, p. 3873), as amended, is amended by inserting immediately
following Section 3 a new Section 3A to read as follows:
"Section
3A.
The
authority shall be subject to all county and municipal zoning ordinances and
procedures."
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
