AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Title 28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the
General Assembly, so as to repeal Chapter 8, relating to the Georgia Criminal
Justice Improvement Council; to provide for related matters; to repeal
conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Title
28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the General Assembly,
is amended by repealing Chapter 8, relating to the Georgia Criminal Justice
Improvement Council, and designating said chapter as reserved.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
