repeal an Act creating the Banks County Family Connection Commission, approved
April 13, 2001 (Ga. L. 2001, p. 4134), as amended; to repeal conflicting
laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act creating the Banks County Family Connection Commission, approved April 13,
2001 (Ga. L. 2001, p. 4134), as amended, is repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
