WHEREAS, he is a member of the senior class of Houston County High School, where he is an active member of the foreign language club, and plans to pursue a degree in international business; and

WHEREAS, in a world that consistently seems to accentuate the negative aspects of the actions of young people, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of this extraordinary individual.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body commend Trevor Scott Cornett Smith for his diligence and dedication in pursuing the highest honor awarded by the Boy Scouts of America and congratulate him on attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.
