Thompson of the 33rd, Thomas of the 2nd and Harbison of the 15th offered the
following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SR 23 by following line 5, on page 2, a new line 6,
as following, ‘WHEREAS, one of the most important issues concerning
homeland security, is that of the safety of our nations ports and cooperation
between the individual states and ports located therein.’
And
renumbering accordingly.
