RESOLUTION
Commending
Reverend Larry Wynn; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Reverend Larry Wynn has spent a lifetime answering God's call to be His
messenger to do His will and to be His servant; and
WHEREAS,
whether the task is preparing a sermon; visiting the sick; counseling and
encouraging the troubled; comforting the bereaved; baptizing a new believer; or
acting as an educator, administrator, or humanitarian, or any of the other
countless responsibilities of a minister of the Gospel, Reverend Wynn has shown
the energy, devotion, and commitment truly reflective of divine guidance;
and
WHEREAS,
Reverend Wynn is currently in his 28th year of service at Hebron Baptist Church
in Dacula, Georgia, where he is senior pastor; and
WHEREAS,
the unmatched spiritual assistance offered by Reverend Wynn is a source of
strength, inspiration, and direction for persons in all walks of life and from
all economic strata; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to recognize the outstanding
accomplishments of the dynamic Christian ministry of this devout, generous,
hardworking, and caring man.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend
Reverend Larry Wynn for his unparalleled record of community service and his
innumerable good works rendered on behalf of persons in need and extend to him
their most sincere best wishes for continued health and happiness.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Reverend Larry Wynn.
