Loudermilk of the 14th moves to amend the Committee substitute to SB 90 (LC 18
4403S) by striking lines 9 and 10 of page 1 and inserting in their place the
following:
"enforcement;
to prohibit certain acts, rules, regulations, or ordinances; to provide for
statutory construction; to provide for
related".
By
striking lines 13 through 16 of page 7 and inserting in their place the
follows:
"This
chapter shall prohibit the future enactment of any state or local rules and
regulations, local Acts, or local ordinances prohibiting smoking which are in
direct conflict with this
chapter."
