Reece of the 27th moves to amend the Committee substitute to SB 90 by inserting
after "matters;" on line 11 of page 1 the following:
"to
provide for effective dates;".
By
inserting between lines 22 and 23 of page 7 the following:
"SECTION
3.
This
Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its
becoming law without such approval only for purposes of promulgating rules and
regulations; for all other purposes, this Act shall become effective on July 1,
2005."
By
redesignating Section 3 as Section
4.
