Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 90 (LC 33 0709S)
by inserting between "means" and the period on line 35 of page 5 the
following:
",
except that this prohibition shall not apply to any special entertainment
district, as defined in paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Code Section 3-3-7".
