and Balfour of the 9th offered the following amendment:
Amend amendment #5 to SB 90
by deleting lines eight and nine and by inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
“than five employees,
except that smoking shall be prohibited in any public reception area of such
place of employment. This exemption shall not apply to restaurants and
bars.”
