Hooks of the 14th, Bulloch of the 11th, Grant of the 25th, Meyer von Bremen of
the 12th, Shafer of the 48th and others offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 90 (LC 33 0709S)
by striking "Smoking" on line 24 of page 5 and inserting in its place the
following:
"Except
as provided in subsection (c) of this Code section, smoking".
By
striking "without exception" on lines 24 and 25 of page 5.
By
inserting between lines 29 and 30 of page 5 the following:
"(c)
This Code section shall not apply to private places of employment that have
fewer than ten employees, except that smoking shall be prohibited in any public
reception area of such place of employment."
