amendment:
Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 90 (LC 33 0709S)
by striking from lines 7 and 8 of page 6 the following:
"provided,
however, that not more than 20 percent of rooms rented to guests in a hotel or
motel may be so
designated;".
