Thomas of the 54th offered the following amendment:
Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 90 (LC 33 0709S)
by striking from line 23 of page 3 "nursing homes," and "aging or".
By
inserting after "facilities." on line 27 of page 3 the following:
"This
definition shall not include long-term care facilities as defined in paragraph
(3) of Code Section 31-8-81."
By
striking "nursing homes," from line 10 of page 5.
By
inserting after "Title 31" on line 18 of page 6 ", except as provided for under
paragraph (4) of this Code section,".
