inserting after

electors"; by
inserting after
"cards"
on line 3 on page 4
"to registered
Georgia
electors";
by inserting after
"21-2-417"
on line 5 on page 4
"and available
only to registered electors of this
state";
and by striking line 1 on page 5 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:

Evidence that the person is registered to vote in this state; and
