the Senate amendment to the House substitute to SB 84 by inserting
after "electors"

Services to establish a program utilizing mobile identification card issuance
units with which nursing homes and high rise apartment and assisted living
facilities can schedule on site opportunities for residents of such facilities
to obtain identification cards"
and by inserting after

title is further amended by adding a new Code Section 40-5-106 to read as
follows:
∀40-5-106.
The
department shall establish a program utilizing mobile identification card
issuance units which nursing homes and high rise apartment and assisted living
facilities may request to come to such nursing homes and high rise apartment and
assisted living facilities upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times to
provide the residents thereof the opportunity to obtain identification cards
pursuant to this
article.∀
