inserting immediately following line 8 of page 1 of said amendment the
following:
By
inserting immediately following line 17 on page 5 of the House Substitute to SB
84 the following new subparagraph:
“(i)
Each county board of registrars shall inform each registered elector under its
jurisdiction by letter of the identification documents necessary to apply for a
Georgia voter identification card and to cast his or her vote under Code Section
21-2-417 by letter sent via first class mail through the United States Postal
Service.”
