offered the following amendment:
Amend the Senate amendment (AM 18 1276) to the House substitute to SB 84 by inserting after line 8 on page 1 the following:
Amend the House substitute to SB 84 by inserting after "such equipment." on line 13 on page 5 the following:
The
state shall provide such equipment, forms, supplies, and training at no cost to
the counties. In addition, the state shall provide all maintenance and upkeep
of such equipment at no cost to the counties.
