Day of the 163rd moves to amend SB 6 striking the quotation mark at the end line
10 of page 3 and by inserting between lines 10 and 11 of page 3 the
following:
"(k)
Any person, authorized agency, or qualified entity, or any person who is an
employee of an authorized agency or qualified entity, shall not disseminate any
criminal history or any information concerning any criminal history which such
person obtains pursuant to this Code
section.'".
