BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act creating a new board of education of Grady County, approved March
5, 1968 (Ga. L. 1968, p. 2120), as amended, so as to provide for
the compensation of members of the board; to provide for related matters; to
repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act creating a new board of education of Grady County, approved March 5, 1968
(Ga. L. 1968, p. 2120), as amended, is amended by striking
subsection (c) of Section 3 and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection (c)
to read as follows:
"(c)
The members of the board shall be compensated as provided in Code Section
20-2-55 of the O.C.G.A., as it presently exists or may be amended in the
future."
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
