Smith of the 52nd offered the following amendment to amendment #1 (AM 33 0436)
to the committee substitute (LC 33 1434S) to SB 603:
by
deleting lines 18 and 19 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
“Be
available for review and approval by the Composite State Board of Medical
Examiners following submission to the board which shall exercise authority to
regulate and discipline the nurse protocol agreement and all participants and
parties to the agreement.”
