Smith of the 52nd offered following amendment:
Amend
amendment #2 to the committee substitute (LC 33 1455S) to SB 602 by deleting on
page 1 the words, “October 14, 2006” and inserting in lieu thereof
the following:
“January
1, 2007.”
and
by adding after the word “closed” on the last line the following,
“by virtue of the enactment of this Code Section.”
