Rogers of the 21st offered the following amendment:
Amend
the Senate Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee substitute to SB 529
(LC 35 0187S) by striking lines 16 through 19 of page 12 and inserting in lieu
thereof the following:
(f)
Any person who makes a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement of
representation in an affidavit executed pursuant to subsection (d) of this Code
section shall be guilty of a violation of Code Section 16-10-20.
