Harp of the 29th offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 456 by adding at line 25 of page 2 a new
subparagraph.
“(3)
A court or party to a lawsuit pursuant to a subpoena on properly filed notice to
produce in such lawsuit.”
