Amend
the committee substitute (LC 33 0708-ECS) to SB 35 by striking it in its
entirety Section 2 related to class size reduction lines 30 thru 36 of page 2;
page 3; and lines 1 thru 21 of page 4.
By
striking the phrase ‘Section 3’ on line 22, page 4 inserting in lieu
thereof ‘Section 2.’
By
striking the phrase ‘Section 4’ on line 19, page 6 inserting in lieu
thereof ‘Section 3.’
By
striking the phrase ‘Section 5’ on line 21, page 6 inserting in lieu
thereof ‘Section 4.’
