The
Senate Regulated Industries and Utilities Committee offered the following
amendment:
Amend
SB 113 by striking line 16 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"provided,
however, that no revenue from a local
government́s
Emergency Telephone System Fund may be used for this purpose unless the local
government is fully funding an operational local emergency '911' system that
meets all state standards required by this part; and provided, further, that no
more than one-third of the revenue within a
local".
