ADOPTED
The
Senate State Institutions and Property Committee offered the following
amendment:
Amend
HB 58 by striking lines 14 and 15 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"Correctional
Industries Administration to use inmate labor to provide services; to provide
for related matters; to provide".
By
striking line 31 of page 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"(1)
Assurance that
inmateś
work is voluntary and that there shall be no retribution against inmates who do
not
volunteer;".
By
striking lines 15 through 24 of page 6.
By
renumbering Sections 7 and 8 as Sections 6 and 7, respectively.
