BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Chapter 8 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to county police, so as to repeal Code Section 36-8-6, relating to duties of
county police with respect to inspection of roads and bridges; to provide for
related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Chapter
8 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to county
police, is amended by repealing in its entirety Code Section 36-8-6, relating to
duties of county police with respect to inspection of roads and bridges, and
designating said Code section number as reserved.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
