Senate Education and Youth Committee offered the following amendment to HB
543:
Amend
HB 543 by striking lines 10 and 11 on page 2 and inserting in lieu
thereof:
(4)
A local board of education that establishes a sick leave bank pursuant to
paragraph (2) of this subsection shall allow an employee of the local board to
donate up to ten sick
