Hudgens of the 47th offered the following amendment:
Amend
the Senate Insurance and Labor Committee substitute to HB 520 by inserting after
"regard thereto;" on line 4 on page 1 "to extend certain contribution rates and
credits;".
By
redesignating Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 as Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, and 12 and inserting after line 16 on page 6 the following:
"SECTION
4.
Said
chapter is further amended by striking the introductory language to subsections
(c) and (e) of Code Section 34-8-155, relating to benefit experience, and
inserting in lieu thereof new introductory language to read as
follows:
'(c)
For the periods prior to April 1, 1987, or after December 31,
2005
2011,
variations from the standard rate of contributions shall be determined in
accordance with the following requirements:'
'(e)
For the periods on or after January 1, 2000, but on or before December 31,
2005
2011,
variations from the standard rate of contributions shall be determined in
accordance with the following
requirements:'."
