amendment:
Amend
the Senate Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee substitute to HB 501 by
striking "subsection (b) of Code Section 40-16-3.1" on lines 6 and 7 of page 138
and inserting in lieu thereof "paragraph (2) of subsection (b) of Code Section
40-16-3".
