Seabaugh of the 28th and Stoner of the 6th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the Senate Regulated Industries and Utilities Committee substitute to HB 470 by
striking lines 30 through 36 of page 17 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"government
for the purpose of such emergency 9-1-1 system; provided, however, that such
amount may be increased to 45¢ upon implementation of step two of the state
plan governing 9-1-1 enhanced communications as provided in subsection (g) of
this Code section. Such cost recovery amount shall be based on the actual cost
incurred by the wireless service supplier in providing wireless enhanced 9-1-1
services."
