Martin of the 47th et al. move to amend the Rules Committee substitute to HB 367
(LC 34 0370S) by deleting line 33 on page 15 through line 2 on page 16 and
inserting in their place the following:
"sponsoring
the training. Such entity shall notify the department of the dates and location
of the scheduled training and provide a certificate of liability insurance in
the form established by the
department.'"
