Committee on State Planning and Community Affairs moves to amend HB 259 by
striking lines 9 and 10 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"O.C.G.A.
Such nonpartisan elections shall be held in conjunction with the general primary
immediately preceding expiration of the term of office and conducted as
provided".
