Henson of the 41st and Brown of the 26th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the State and Local Governmental Operations Committee substitute to HB 244 by
striking "to provide that no absentee ballot shall be issued on the day prior to
a primary or election;" on lines 15 and 16 on page 1.
By
striking "and
provided, further, that no absentee ballot shall be issued on the day prior to a
primary or election" on lines 10 and 11 on
page 42.
