amendment:
Amend
the Senate State and Local Governmental Operations Committee substitute to HB
244 by striking "to change the date of certain runoff primaries and elections;"
on lines 17 and 18 on page 1 and by striking
"no sooner
than the fourteenth day and no later than the
twenty-first
on the
twenty-eighth" on lines 5 and 6 on page 56
and inserting in lieu thereof "no sooner than the fourteenth day and no later
than the twenty-first".
