amendment:
Amend
HB 221 by inserting after
"require."
on line 37 on page 28 the following:
"Where
a custodial parent prevails in an upward modification of child support based
upon the noncustodial
parent́s
failure to be available and willing to exercise visitation as scheduled under
the prior order, reasonable and necessary
attorneýs
fees and expenses of litigation shall be awarded to the custodial
parent."
