Thompson of the 33rd offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to HB 184 by adding on line (6) of page (3) “A
new section to read: “No partnership or limited liability corporation may
engage in the business of heat and air until regularly connected to a
partnership or corporation actually engaged in the performance of the business
and who has valid license. They shall be authorized to continue upon the death
of the person holding that license for (180) following such
death.”
And
renumber accordingly.
