amendment:
Amend
Amendment #1 to the Committee Substitute to HB 170 by striking on page 1, in
both paragraphs (a) and (b) the words, “a sexually violent offense as
defined in Code Section 42-1-12" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“a
violation of Code Section 16-6-1, relating to rape; Code Section 16-6-2,
relating to aggravated sodomy; Code Section 16-6-4, relating to aggravated child
molestation; or Code Section 16-6-22.2, relating to aggravated sexual
battery
