BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
provide a salary supplement for each judge of the Superior Court of the
Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit; to provide an effective date; to repeal
conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Each
judge of the Superior Court of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit shall receive
an annual salary supplement in the amount of $25,000.00 to be paid in equal
monthly installments from the funds of Forsyth County.
SECTION
2.
This
Act shall become effective on the first day of the month following the month in
which it is approved by the Governor or in which it becomes law without such
approval.
SECTION
3.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
