AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act providing a new charter for the City of Greensboro, approved March
16, 1978 (Ga. L. 1978, p. 3932), as amended, so as to change and extend the
corporate limits of said city; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act providing a new charter for the City of Greensboro, approved March 16, 1978
(Ga. L. 1978, p. 3932), as amended, is amended by adding a new subsection at the
end of Section 1.11, to be designated subsection (c), to read as
follows:
"(c)
In addition to the present territory included within the corporate limits of
said town, the corporate limits shall also include the following:
